PRAYER GUIDE FOR QUEST HIGH SCHOOL
This guide can be used for a prayer walk, in a prayer group, or from your home. For a prayer walk, stations are indicated in bold. Prayer focus points ALL CAPITALS and scripted prayers have been provided, so each can pray, using one or the other, as is preferred. Please feel free to pray in any way the Holy Spirit leads.

At the flag pole – GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS/FIRST RESPONDERS/MILITARY:
Please bless, and protect our nation, president, representatives, senators, governor, area mayors, city councils, county leaders, military, and first responders. Guide officials to make decisions to best bless our communities and nation.
MAINTENANCE STAFF:
We ask you to protect and bless the maintenance sta ff, providing them and their families at their place of need. In Jesus’ Name, Amen
Parking Lot – PROTECTION FOR TRAVEL/RESPECT:
Father, please protect our students, parents/guardians, bus drivers, sta ff, and administration as they travel to and from this campus, and beyond. We ask you to help all, within these vehicles, to converse and act in a way that is kind, safe, lawful, and respectful. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
Outside Cafeteria – CAFETERIA PERSONNEL/KINDNESS/FRIENDSHIPS/HEALTH:
Please be present, protecting and blessing all who enter the cafeteria. Please bless each one with abundant provision and great health. Fill the cafeteria with a Spirit of love, joy, kindness, and friendship.
Outside Administration Offices – SCHOOL BOARD/SUPERINTENDENT/PRINCIPALS/OTHER STAFF:
Father, please guide the decisions of our school board, superintendent, principals, counselors, and other sta ff. Give them Your wisdom, discernment, understanding, favor, blessings and success. We pray Your blessings and provision for their families, as well. In Jesus’ name, Amen
Outside Classrooms – CLASSROOM ACTIVITIES/TEACHERS AND STUDENTS/BEHAVIOR, RESPECT/ACADEMIC SUCCESS:
Father, please be present and take control of every situation in every classroom, office, and restroom. Please provide teachers and students with all that they need physically, emotionally, mentally, academically, and spiritually for their school and home lives. Help students to listen, learn, respect and appreciate their teachers and all others at school. Please assist students in pacing themselves, understanding, retaining, recalling and applying school material. Please help teachers to understand material and provide lessons to teach students with clarity according to their particular needs. Give them wisdom and help for each situation. Help teachers and students to pray to and rely on You to meet the new challenges they face, and to support each other in prayer as they need it. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
FAMILY LIFE:
Father, please provide parents and guardians Your strength to be faithful and loving towards each another and towards their children, and that their homes are filled with love, joy, and peace. Father, please help them to and provide wisdom, guidance, knowledge, encouragement, and life skills that these children will need beyond graduation. Amen
Please cover this building with Your grace, mercy, protection, and blessings, and the halls with Your presence and influence. In Jesus’ Name, Amen
