Kevin Naumann

Executive Director

Kevin Naumann is a lifelong and 4th generation resident of Spicewood. He graduated from Marble Falls High School in 2006, The University of Texas at Austin in 2009 with dual BA degrees in Government and Sociology, and from Angelo State University in 2013 with a Master of Interdisciplinary Studies: Public Administration, Business Administration, Psychology degree. Before Ark of Highland Lakes, Kevin served with Marble Falls Area EMS for 11 years, including as Operations Director. He has enjoyed the honor of being a member of the Marble Falls ISD Board of Trustees since 2009. Kevin joined Ark of Highland Lakes as a member of the board shortly after the founding in 2018 and assumed the role of Executive Director in May 2018.

Kevin and his wife Rachel were married in November 2013. They were blessed with their son, Hudson, in November 2016 and second son, Smith, in July 2020. Together, they enjoy spending time with their family and friends and taking care of their many chickens, cows, and fruit trees. Rachel Naumann

Director of Operations

Rachel is a graduate of Faith Academy in Marble Falls and has served the Highland Lakes community in various ways her whole life. She is a mother, wife, and all around support for those she meets. Rachel has served as Operations Team leader for Ark of Highland Lakes since January 2019. Rachel and her husband Kevin were married in November 2013. They were blessed with their son, Hudson, in November 2016 and second son, Smith, in July 2020. Together, they enjoy spending time with their family and friends and taking care of their many chickens, cows, and fruit trees. Elyse Sellman

Director of Engagement
 
Elyse brings 17 years of church staff experience to The Ark, with a deep passion for seeing the body of Christ mobilized to love and serve the Highland Lakes community. She is an active member of LifeFamily Marble Falls, where her husband Andy serves as pastor. Outside of ministry, Elyse is a dedicated sports mom—you’ll find her in a basketball gym nearly every day of the week, cheering on her three boys: Seattle, Eli, and Keller!

Angie Martinez

Hospitality Administrator

Angie has been with us since 2020 when we were making our COVID meals. Angie studied Business and Management at the Hallmark Institute in San Antonio and then went into the beauty business. She was a long-time worker for Armstrong McCall managing a store and then became a traveling beauty representative. Angie married her husband Jesse in 2000 and they have been inseparable ever since. They enjoy fishing, traveling, and serving together in whatever capacity they can.

Ben Henderson

Office Administrator

Ben joined the Ark of Highland Lakes Staff in June 2023 and serves as the Office Manager at the HLCN main offices. A 2003 Faith Academy graduate, he went on to study English Language Arts at the University of North Texas. Ben returned to the Highland Lakes in 2014 and began serving at Rockpile Church on the worship team, taking on the role of Worship Director in 2023. He oversees the Ark of Highland Lakes Commissary and DME program and loves being able to help people in that capacity. He is married to his wife of 12 years, Sarah, and has one 6-year old son, Caleb. He is an avid sports fan (Go Mean Green, Magic, and Bucs!) and enjoys tabletop wargaming.

Lisa Nordland

Warehouse Team Leader

Lisa moved to Marble Falls in February of 2020. She started volunteering at the Warehouse the summer of 2023. She fell in love with the concept of helping to meet the needs of those in crisis. Her love of thrifting and people allowed her to blend her passions under one roof. Working with a great team of ladies in the clothing department allowed her to make friends that have become more like family. She has had full support from her husband, Brian. They have been married for 41 years and are transplants from Michigan. They have two married children and 4 grandchildren. In May of 2024, Lisa was offered a part time position as Assistant Manager to Luciana, Warehouse Manager. Lisa’s organizational skills and attention to detail has allowed her to thrive in the Clothing Department. She says she’s doing what she loves while helping others by showing them the love of Christ.

Nikki Bowles

Operations Administrator

Nikki is a lifelong resident of Marble Falls. She graduated from Marble Falls High School in 2006. She loves God and loves helping others. She truly has a servant’s heart. Nikki has been involved with several non profits and ministries in the area for over 10 years, including starting a new ministry with her husband at their local parish St. John’s called Table of Plenty in 2018 feeding the community. She enjoys being involved with the youth through teen and adult retreats at her parish and is currently serving as a Core Member of ACTS Missions. She also served as an Eagles Wings Retreat Center board member in Burnet for two years. Nikki is ecstatic to have joined the Ark of Highland Lakes team and will be helping in multiple capacities. She is married to her husband, Leroy of 14 years and they have a son, Xavier who is a senior at Marble Falls High School. Her favorite thing to do is spend time with family and friends, especially on vacation!

Pat Hatch

Director of Client Services

Pat retired from SBC (telephone company). Moved to Marble Falls in 2000. Pat has been married to her husband, Steve, for 50 years! They have 2 children and 5 grandchildren. She has volunteered at several local non-profits during her current 24 years in retirement. Pat has been a core team member of the Ark of Highland Lakes for the last 4 years and is currently responsible for Client Intakes and Client Services for Transformational Living Program.

Caroline Ragsdill

Child Welfare Coordinator

Caroline is a retired teacher. She has been married to Jack for 40 years, and is a mother, grandmother & great grandmother. Caroline served as a CASA Advocate for 15 years; President of the Burnet County Child Welfare Board 10 years; and is active in First Methodist Church of Marble Falls for 26 years.

Dianne Lange

Community Relations Coordinator

I am a retired teacher of 34 years. My husband, Rod Lange, and I lived in Austin before moving to the Hill Country. We have a blended family of four children and five grandchildren. We love to go camping and hang out with our grandchildren. We are members of Lake Shores Church.

Married to my wonderful wife Jean and partner for life for the past fifty years. Naval officer 3 yrs, teacher and middle school administrator 26 years, senior volunteers program director 20 years. Honors: Academic – Phi Beta Kappa, Civic – Colorado Governor’s Commission on Community Service 6yrs, Spiritual – Elder 3 churches, currently Lake Shores Church in Marble Falls. Christian writer and song composer since 1970’s. Found Christ as a young adult in 1969. Enjoys playing piano for enjoyment of God, self, and others for over fifty years. Originated and coordinates Hill Country Litter Lifters. 40 years as a computer programmer/IT specialist for the federal government including 3½ years in the Navy. Volunteered in Colorado for many years and now here since 2020. Active in Lake Shores Church. Married to husband, Tom, for almost 51 years. Have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. Enjoy exploring this Hill Country area with my husband.

Ron Munos

Ron is a retired chemical salesman, working 35 years for Exxon Mobil and 9 years for Allchem Industries. He and his wife Martha have been married for over 50 years and have resided in Granite Shoals as full time residents since 2017. They are happily retired and enjoy traveling, especially cruises. Ron has been a volunteer since 2020 and started when Covid shut down their travel plans. They are active in the community and Ron has been on the Granite Shoals city council for 4 years and currently serves as mayor of Granite Shoals. They have 2 adult married children and 3 grandchildren.

Connie Klick

Prayer Team Coordinator

Connie Klick married her husband, Mike, 34 years ago. After both spending years in large cities, they moved to the Highland Lakes area in 1997. They loved raising their children, Nathan and Anna (now married and living in other cities), in this beautiful community. They continue to enjoy building relationships and serving the Lord here. Connie has been volunteering as the prayer coordinator for Ark of Highland Lakes since its inception in 2018, as well as serving in a couple of other non-profits and at Christ Redeemer Fellowship, where she is a member.

Shannon Jamison

20 plus years in Holistic Health, currently an Integrative Health Practitioner at IHS-Burnet. I’m married to Jason, mother of 5 grown children and a Gigi to Ava and Mason. We have served and attended RockPile Church for the last 7 years. Most importantly I’m a child of God and love all people!

Jackie English

Board Member

Jackie English has been a local pastor in the Highland Lakes area since 1977, and he is currently Senior Pastor of Christ Redeemer Fellowship in Granite Shoals. During that time he has also served as a founding board member of the Highland Lakes Family Crisis Center and the Helping Center, as well as a founding board member of Ark of Highland Lakes. He also worked with the Texas Legislature for 5 years on the staff of the Texas Conservative Coalition, and worked with corporate business leaders for almost 15 years as the Director of Instructional Design for Baker Communications, a global corporate training company in Houston. He and his wife, Peggy, have 3 adult children and 6 grandchildren.

Alan Williams

Board Member

Alan Williams grew up In Lake Jackson, TX, moved to Austin, TX in 1977 to attend the University of Texas where he received a BBA in finance and was a 3 year football letterman. While attending UT, he met his wife Inda of 42 years and they have two awesome sons, two amazing daughters in law and 6 incredible grandchildren. Alan’s careers have been in commercial banking, commercial insurance brokerage and has been a Chick-fil-A Operator for 20 years. He has volunteered, been appointed and elected to various church, school district, city and community leadership roles and has authored 4 books (TransformationalAdventure.com) and a pamphlet, ‘Epistle to the Churches’. Alan and Inda felt God telling them ‘Less is More’ as they relocated to the Highland Lakes community in 2017. He has a passion to serve as VP on the Highland Lakes Crisis Network board which has a rally cry of  Love God, Love People, Mobilize the Kingdom in John 17 unity. He has also served Chick-fil-A’s missions team inspiring leadership principles globally. He is an overcomer of heart bypass, stage 4 cancer and an extreme case of COVID, all by the grace of God. His passion is ‘To be a spark that ignites and unites a nation under God.

Bob Rogers

Board Member

Bob was born in Dallas, Texas and has lived in Texas all his life. A graduate of Sherman High School, Bob has a BA in Business Studies from Austin College, also in Sherman. Bob is an Eagle Scout and a recipient of the God and Country Medal. While in Sherman, he was president of the Jaycees, Grayson Cancer Society, and a board member of the Grayson County United Way, Kiwanis Club, Ducks Unlimited, and the Grayson, Cooke, and Fannin Council of Governments. Bob also served on the Sherman City Council and was Deputy Mayor for part of his city service. After moving to Houston in 1988, Bob was very active in public school service and coached boys and girls basketball, baseball, softball, and soccer. Bob served as president of the Memorial High School Booster Club in 1999-2000. After moving to Horseshoe Bay, Bob served as Chairman of the Men of Faith with the Church at Horseshoe Bay for two years, served on the church’s Pastoral Nominating Committee, and a discovery committee for non-traditional worship. Currently an Elder at Lake Shores Church in Marble Falls, Bob is also on the board of directors at the Ark of Highland Lakes. Bob has spent 47 years in financial services to include real estate banking, stock brokerage, management, investment banking, and investment advisory. He currently serves as a private advisor to families and their companies, and as a personal business coach. Bob is married to his high school sweetheart Nancy Rogers, and they celebrate 50 years of marriage. Bob says he now understands the term ‘marriage made in heaven’. Bob and Nancy have a grown son and daughter who have given them five precious grandchildren who keep them on their toes.

Jeff St. Clair

Board Member

Jeff grew up in Southern California. He graduated from Texas A&M Kingsville and then returned to California where he met his wife Pam of 40 years. They have two daughters, Samantha and Courtney. Jeff spent 35 years with Chevron Corp. with multiple Domestic & International assignments. Pam was a long time Accountant for numerous car dealerships in California. Jeff and Pam moved to Horseshoe Bay in 2014. They spent six years as CASA advocates prior to coming onboard with Ark of Highland Lakes. Pam volunteers at The Warehouse. They attend Life Family Marble Falls and lead a weekly Home group.

Steve Price

Board Member

Steve Price is a seasoned business executive and private investor with over four decades of leadership experience across global corporations. A native Texan, Steve began his professional journey after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, followed by a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Steve spent the early part of his career at SC Johnson, where he held key roles in sales, marketing, and human resources over a 13-year tenure. He later joined Dell Technologies, where he served for 25 years, culminating in his role as Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources and Facilities. During his time at Dell, Steve was instrumental in shaping the company’s people strategy and overseeing major global infrastructure and workplace initiatives.

Now retired from corporate life, Steve remains active as a private investor, lending his strategic insights and business acumen to various ventures and advisory roles. He and his wife Stacey reside in Marble Falls, Texas. Together, they enjoy spending time with their three children and seven grandchildren.

Ronnie Miksch

Board Member

Ronnie brings over 40 years of experience in the banking industry to his role as a Board Member at the ark of Highland Lakes. Originally from Needville, Texas, he is the former Market President for Frost Bank in Austin, where he led with integrity, built strong community relationships, and supported individuals and businesses throughout Central Texas. A two-time graduate of the University of Texas, he earned a Bachelor of Science in 1979 and a BBA in Management in 1982, and was also a two-year football letterman for the Longhorns. His leadership extends beyond banking—he serves on the board of RBI Austin, a nonprofit faith based organization to engage, develop inner-city Austin youth athletically, academically and spiritually, empowering them to lead the transformation of their communities, formally an Ambassador for Christ Together Austin, promoting unity and collaboration among churches in the Austin area. He is an active member of Packsaddle Fellowship in Kingsland, where he currently volunteers with the Packsaddle Youth Ministry. He also volunteers with Meals on Wheels and Education Connection, reading with elementary students and investing in the next generation. He and his wife Kerrie have been married for 33 years, and they are proud parents of four children and grandparents to eight grandchildren.
