PRAYER GUIDE FOR MFISD ADMINSTRATION / FALLS CAREER
This guide can be used for a prayer walk, in a prayer group, or from your home. For a prayer walk, stations are indicated in bold. Prayer focus points ALL CAPITALS and scripted prayers have been provided, so each can pray, using one or the other, as is preferred. Please feel free to pray in any way the Holy Spirit leads.
Our God is able to do immeasurably more than we could ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us. – Ephesians 3:20
Front Door of Falls – Prayer Focus:
God’s Goodness to Rule over Falls Career/God’s Plan for Students Father, we ask for your goodness to rule over the students, teachers, and administrators at Falls. You have created each student at Falls in Your image, know every hair on each head, and had every day of each life written in Your book before they were born. Please will and work in each of them and in their circumstances, that Your plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them a hope and a future, will come to fruition.
Govt. leaders/first responders:
Father, please bless and guide our city, county, state, and national officials, that they would make wise decisions, that we would have peaceful and quiet lives “in all godliness and dignity.” (I Tim.1:1-2). Also, please supply help, discernment, wisdom, provision, and protection to all our first responders, and ABUNDANT blessings to their families.
Please cover this building with Your grace, mercy and protection. Fill the halls with Your presence and Your influence. In Jesus Name, Amen
Parking Lot – Prayer Focus:
Protection Over All Traveling Off or On Campus/Family Life Father, please protect our students and bus drivers throughout the school year. Protect family members/guardians who will be dropping off and/or picking up their students, as well as students who drive to school. Give moms and dads Your strength to be faithful and loving towards one another and towards their children. Make our students’ homes a reflection of the perfect Body of Christ filled with love and peace. Father, please enable parents/guardians to encourage their Falls’ students, and students increase in their knowledge and wisdom. In Jesus Name, Amen
Outside the Classrooms – Prayer Focus:
God’s Help for Success Father, please motivate our students to pace their work well and help them to understand, retain, and recall school material to meet goals for graduation, and to apply that information needed for life. Please show Yourself to be strong in the lives of every student. Thank you for their strengths and the natural talents you have built into them. Thank you, as well for their weaknesses because you say, “My power works best in Your weakness.” Make this verse a creed that every student says anytime they encounter adversity. We pray you continue to bless and help them after graduation.
Facing Bus Barn Parking Lot – Prayer Focus:
Bus Drivers and Riders/Protection Father, Rule over whatever happens inside each bus while traveling. Only allow what is good, right, and true to happen inside a bus. Protect bus riders, drivers, mechanics, and administration from all evil.
Sidewalk Between Admin and Falls Building – Prayer Focus:
Classrooms/Teachers/Students/Character Father, please be present and take control of every situation in every classroom, office and restroom. Please provide teachers and students with all that they need, physically, emotionally, mentally, academically and spiritually for their school and home lives. Please help teachers and students to pray to and rely on You to meet the new challenges they face, and to support each other in prayer as they need it. In Jesus’ Name, Amen
Outside Administration Offices – Prayer Focus:
Administration/All Administrative Decisions/Protection/Peace Father, Fill the Administration Building with Your presence. Take control of all the decisions that will happen inside this building, whether they are for students, finances, courses in the curriculum, or hiring personnel. Please provide, to all who enter, protection in and around this building, and give them Your peace and attitude of good will. In Jesus’ Name, Amen
Outside Board Room – Prayer Focus:
School Board-Wisdom, Favor, Success Father, because You are able, please guide the decisions of our school board, superintendent, administrators, secretaries, and janitors. Give them Your wisdom, favor and success. We ask you to protect our schools at all times, in every way. Do all these things for Your name’s sake, Father. In Jesus name, Amen
